Joe McAdams

Joe has been a part of the insurance industry since 1992, transitioning to his role as a State Farm agent in 1999. Growing up in Atoka and graduating from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Business Finance, he brings a deep understanding of financial services to his neighbors in Ardmore. Joe holds several high-level designations, including (ChFC), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), and Charter Life Underwriter (CLU). He began his career on the operations side of the organization, where he saw firsthand how essential proper coverage is during life’s unexpected moments. This experience inspired him to lead an agency team dedicated to helping every customer secure property, life, health, and disability insurance.

To Joe, building strong relationships is the most important part of his work. He treats every customer as a friend or member of his extended family, prioritizing clear communication and education to ensure each household has the right policies. He believes that insurance should be there when things go wrong, and he remains committed to supporting his customers throughout the entire claims process with consistent touchpoints. By getting to know the families he serves, Joe can provide a personalized approach that is both efficient and priced right for their specific needs.

When he is away from the office, Joe and his wife, Nancy, enjoy life in Ardmore and keep up with their three grown children: Jack, a civil engineer; Matt, a mechanical engineer; and Alli, a registered nurse. An enthusiast of the great outdoors, Joe spends much of his free time boating and fishing. His decades of experience and specialized knowledge allow him to serve as a reliable resource, helping his community protect what matters most with the care and dedication of a true neighbor.
